Enter through the gates to Bay Cottage, flat access through the Bay Cottage property takes you past the main cottage, through a tropical garden and lawn to the waterside boathouse.

The main cottage sleeps 4 in a double room and adjacent twin bedded room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a ceasar stone breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and extensive pantry. The open plan living and dining area open up to the view, letting in the breeze. Stay entertained with the LCD TV, DVD, CD and Ipod. Original claw foot bath, shower, wc.

Single room boathouse is steeped in atmosphere and can be separated into 2 sleeping areas. It sleeps 5 in a queen bed and triple bunks and opens up onto the waters edge. It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, hotplate and the BBQ is adjacent in the garden. The bathroom is adjacent with a powershower, basin and wc.

There is off street parking for 2 cars, additional parking is available if required.
