Only 45minutes north of Sydney CBD, at the end of the Northern Beaches pennisula, Palm Beach holds some of Sydney's most breathtaking natural beauty.
Bay Cottage provides a waterfront retreat at one of Palm Beaches most prestigious addresses where you can arrive by car, boat, seaplane, or public transport.
The property is protected from `westerly` winds so whatever the season or whatever the weather you can be sundrenched on the deck or retreat to the terraced eating area.
With a children's park next door, where you can launch the kayak, fish or just watch the boats go by, there's something for everyone.
Or just stay home take an early morning swim from the deck and at low tide explore your own beach. At high tide try your luck with the fishing rods and catch your own supper.

Sydney is famous for it's white sandy beaches and sandstone headlands, many of which are secluded. Both on the Pittwater and ocean side there's many great local walks through Ku Ring Gai National Park or around the rocks between beaches.
Launch your boat at Snappermans Beach, or lie on the sand at Sandy Point beach only 2 minutes walk from the property. 'Palmy', as the locals call it, is the ocean beach, and is a quick 5 minute drive over the headland.
